Has anyone tried building this on Windows using MinGW?  Last time I tried
with the version at freepats, I couldn't get it to work.  Was going to try
again when I had some time and see if there were any fixes I could make to
get it to compile.  Built fine on Linux and I've been using t2mf and mf2t
on Windows.  Will check out the github version.
