[freepats] Update

[Strix SoundFont Team]

To fix the issue about the samples, put them all into the github repository
for everyone to see.

For BassLead, I used Synister. There seems to be no anti-alias option, and
sampling at higher frequencies increases the pitch of the sound. Synister
is only designed for 44.1KHz operation, unfortunately.

The SF-tools you've shown me are very interesting, however I do not have a
Python interface to run the .py files.
